Absolutely precious book. 289 pages. Shows wear but pages inside have been somewhat preserved. This is a very hard one for me to give up. The illustrations are amazing. I would say they could be framed however the thought of someone ripping this book apart tears my heart out. LOL. There is some wrinkling towards the back pages more, along with with I imagine may be water or coffee damage on bottom of pages towards the back. Still beautiful for a book over 80 years old. If you are a bird/nature lover this book will not disappoint I am condition as fair because of these reasons. In my eyes it's very good through. It's extremely heavy hence the shipping cost measurements are approximately. 8" x 11 1/4. Also please NOTE binder. 2nd to last photo I believe.
