Riviera vintage custome made navy wool overcoat

This beautiful over coat was custom made for Dean McManus probably late 1970's early 80's. The only info I could find out is that Rivera clothing co. opened in 1962. No size or fabric content tag. Medium weight. Probably wool /wool blend. Very soft and feels like some cashmere to me. Dark navy. 3 button closure. Cuff and button detail. Large front flap pockets. 2 inside slip pockets. Listing as a size large but please use measurements to insure a good fit. It measures 41 1/2" long. 20 1/2" across the top of the shoulders. 26" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 23 1/2" across under the arms, 21" at the waist, 23 1/2" at the hips. Very good condition. No stains or fabric damage. The only issue is that the top button was missing. I was able to find a color match but the button is just a tiny bit smaller. The last photo shows the top replacement and the original under it. Smoke free home. I ship same or next business day.
