Authentic, complete and in mint condition. Kept in box and basically brand new. Never been posed or displayed. The fig hasn't been touched since I first got it and inspected it a few years ago. 99% percent of the fig and accessories are new and unused. I may have switched around the faceplates when I first got her but I don't remember. The pre-order bonus bare feet were used on a different Snail Shell figure for a short time. The feet are compatible with pretty much any Snail Shell fig and are still in excellent condition. All of her joints are very smooth and solid head to toe. The box is in good shape.
