Has been altered by previous owner
Vortex's helicopter rotor/propellers have been converted to be magnetic, can attach and detach.
The replacement waist plate has a wax support piece.
Overall, the figure feels a little loose, but that's consistent with Unite Warriors/Combiner Wars Scramble City bots.
